About the job

We are looking for an Account Manager (Dutch-speaking/German is a plus!) to join our team!



  • Develop and manage strong relationships with customers (in particular Dutch and German speaking clients)
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Keep clients satisfied and engaged with idloom’s products and services in the long run


Activities & responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliveries

  • French/Dutch speaker OR English/Dutch speaker (both oral and written), German is a plus!
  • Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Project Manager or relevant role
  • Organised, able to set priorities and to juggle between multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sharp and details-oriented
  • Solution-oriented, ready to take responsibility and support teams and clients
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience with CRM and event management software is a plus
